Our certified technicians are fully capable of fault diagnosing and troubleshooting to quickly provide a repair solution for your electronics. We also carry to a good stock of spare parts, and have access to the majority of obsolete spare parts, like power modules. We are experienced with cost effect solutions, to keep your machine up & running, see below a description of the our services.
Electronics engineering experts
Our team of engineers are specialized in specific areas of electronics engineering and can trace a problem easily due to their experience. We use a technique based on schematic redrawing to identify areas in which the problems are located. With only the latest in test equipment we make sure all our repairs are properly done. We will not give up easily. We will research and repair until it works the way it's supposed to. We guarantee it.
Fast and Reliable Repairs
We take your rushed units and assemblies seriously. When we receive a rushed repair, we will immediately evaluate it. When you approve the repair we will begin the repair process within minutes. If all defective parts are found and replaced quickly, then the repair will ship out the same day. If the problems are not found quickly, then a parts evaluation will be made and any possibly defective parts that are non-stocked by us will be ordered for next day delivery. (If we plan on shipping your unit the following day, then we should have any needed parts in stock, right?). The repair process will not stop when the parts order is placed. In fact, we are willing to work into the evening isolating faults. The plan is to finish the repair before going home, or get it to the place where it will be finished shortly after any needed parts arrive the next day.
Our standard repair process is not very different from our rush repair process. Evaluation only takes a little longer and parts will not be pre-ordered. The biggest delay with standard repairs is their waiting in line for an opening on a repair bench.
Reliable repairs, How?
We load test and component test your units and assemblies. Yes, load testing is the best way to verify the basic functionality of any repair. However, there are problems with only load testing. (Have you ever received a load tested repair that did not work properly?) Units and assemblies are rarely load tested exactly as they are used in the field, and load testing may not reveal marginal components or components that are in the process of failing. Our technicians know where to load test, where to component test, and where to load test and component test your units and assemblies.
How you can help
For the fastest service, you need to give us a contact number that will allow us to actually reach you quickly. In fact, you may want to give us more than one contact number. For example, you might want to give us an office number for getting a quote approved and an end user number so that we can talk with whoever is using your equipment. Give us your cell phone or 2nd and 3rd shift numbers if it would be appropriate. Don't let your rushed repairs get hung up because we cannot contact you!
