Procedure

Making a money back claim is simple. Ship it back in its original packaging to our address stated in our invoice via standard air courier through your local post office. Send an acknowledgment email stating the Invoice Number to returns@awtechsolutions.com.

We would not ask but we would appreciate if you could tell us the reasons of returning your purchase.

Shipping cost

You pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refund

The amount of refund would be 100% of the purchased value of the item/s.

Method Of Refund

Would be the same as the original method of payment you made for the invoice within 48 hours upon receipt of item/s by us. Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception. Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.
