A&W Technical Solutions will attempt to repair all electronics that are sent to us. Cases where repair is not possible are very rare and probably account for only 2% of the devices we repair. Before you decide to throw out that old machine because you cannot get parts any more, give us a call. We are confident that we can assist you in repairing it or at least finding a cost-effective solution other than purchasing a whole new machine. We offer quotes and evaluations at no charge to our customers. Once we receive the failed equipment, it is inmediately entered into our system and we start our evaluation process. We can normally evaluate your equipment within 24 hours. If we know in advance the unit is coming, and it is a priority repair, it is evaluated and quoted the day we receive it.

One of our repair product specialist will assign the job to next available technicians. Once a fault diagnosis or troubleshooting are complete, and the origen of the problem is traced. Parts (also availability) and labour will be estimated, followed by our formal quotation to be forwarded to your company for your approval. After receiving your approval, we'll inmediately proceed to repair your equipment. Our technician will clean of all components, cases and covers. Equipment should go through a comprehensive load testing and final inspection. Last step should be packaging for shipping.

Any rush repair quoted at less than $1000.00 will incur a rush fee of $150.00.  Any rush repair quoted at $1000.00 or more will incur a rush fee of $250.00  Any rush repair will be moved ahead of all regular repairs and started the same day.  We are happy to work into the evening or weekend repairing your rushed jobs.

Billing Terms

As the services of A&W Technical Solutions are in high demand, all new customers must pay for any repair in advance of our shipping the completed repair to the customer.  A new customer is considered a customer that has paid for less than $5000.00 in repairs.  After a customer has paid for $5000.00 worth of repairs, the customer may fill out a credit application for a NET-30 account. For your convenience. We also take visa or mastercard.

No Evaluation Fee:

We do a full system evaluation on the unit when it comes in.  Most of the time there is no charge for this service.  The only time we charge is if the unit is a one of a kind custom made or not recognized off brand model that will take additional research by our lab technicians.

Shipping

The customer may use any shipping method to ship a repair to our shop.  Unless a customer prefers another carrier or method, all outgoing regular repairs will be shipped UPS or Fedex ground, and all outgoing rush repairs will be shipped UPS Red (overnight).
